-exit at County Rd. 45/Division St. (exit #474)
-follow County Rd. 45 north to the village of Baltimore
-turn right (east) on Community Centre Rd.
-follow Community Centre Rd. until it comes to a "T"
-turn left (west) at the "T"
-the cemetery is straight ahead on the right (north) side of the road
