-exit at County Rd. 23/Lyle St. (exit #487)
-follow Lyle St. south to County Rd. 2 in the Village of Grafton
-turn left (east) on County Rd. 2
-follow County Rd. 2 east to Wicklow Beach Rd.
-turn right (south) on Wicklow Beach Rd.
-follow Wicklow Beach Rd. south
-at the lakeshore, Wicklow Beach Rd. curves to the left (east) and becomes Lakeport Rd.
-follow Lakeport Rd. east to the Village of Lakeport
-the cemetery is located in the centre of the village on the left (north ) side of the road

FROM HWY 401 westbound
-exit at County Rd. 25/Percy St. (exit #497)
-follow Percy St. south to County Rd. 2/King St. in the Village of Colborne
-turn right (west) on King St.
-follow King St. west to a "T" at Ontario St.
-turn left (south) on Ontario St.
-Ontario St. curves to the right and becomes Lakeport Rd.
-follow Lakeport Rd. west to the Village of Lakeport
-the cemetery is locate in the centre of the village on the right (north) side of the road
